I am threatened by activities that would not normally pose a threat. I take great care to avoid falls. I am using a stick now. I don’t think that I have to change my diet and exercise level, or take medication. Caution has become my natural habit. I am becoming isolated because I stay at home in a ‘safe’ environment.
